Participation Package Details

Terms of Application and Exhibition Regulations

1. Exhibition Space Confirmation
The application shall be completed only when the Organizer has received the signed and stamped Exhibition Space Application Form together with the fee deposit/payment.

2. Fee Payment
  - Exhibitor is obliged to settle via T/T 50% of the total participation fee within 15 days of raising the invoice to the Organizer.
  - The remaining 50% balance shall be paid in full on/or before January 17, 2009 without which Exhibitor shall be denied from participating the show. No compensation whatsoever shall be given to Exhibitor.

3. Space Allocation
The Organizer has absolute discretion in the admission of and in allotting space Co Exhibitors in accordance with the category of the products/services to be displayed. The Organizer also reserves the rights to relocate Exhibitor space, alter the size and dimension of the Exhibition Hall. The allocated space is personal to the Exhibitor and shall not be transferred, assigned, sub-contracted or otherwise howsoever shared its space with a third party.

4. Postponement/Cancellation/Withdrawal
In the event of the circumstances outside the Organizer's control, the Organizer reserves the right to change the Exhibition to other date(s) and venue (s) (including without limitation to postpone Co later date(s) and venue(s)) as the Organizer deems fit, or cancel, alter in character, reduce in scale, shorten or extend the duration of the Exhibition at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever to the Organizer. Such circumstances include war, health concerns (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), embargo civil unrest, legal proceedings. Exhibition premises becoming totally or partially unavailable, or government regulations. Exhibitor shall have no claim whatsoever against the Organizer or its agent or representatives, whether for loss of damage, or return all or part of any fee paid by the Exhibitor in respects of Chose mentioned above.

5. Exclusion of Liability
The Organizer, its agents, representatives, contractors or employees shall not be liable in any way whatsoever in respect of loss, injury or other damages other than death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organizer or its employees, suffered by or caused to the Exhibitor, its representatives, employees, contractors or agents or the products or other property of the Exhibitor or such parties or any Exhibitor or Visitors.

6. Additional Rules & Regulations
The Organizer reserves the right to interpret, alter and amend any of these conditions and to issue additional rules and regulations at any time they consider necessary for the orderly operation of the Exhibition. All interpretations of these conditions and any additional rules and regulations by the Organizer shall be final.

7. Copyrights Laws
All Exhibitors must ensure that they abide by the prevailing copyrights laws in Thailand and they do not violate intellectual property rights of other exhibiting companies.

8. Governing Law
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

Accepting Terms and Conditions
		We hereby have read and agreed to abide by the rules and regulations of the show as attached and incorporated into and form an integral part of this application form. We relinquish any claims whatsoever against the Organizers. We accept that the organizer bears no responsibility for any error omission.
